ELECTRA Project holds successful 24-Month meetings in Athens
On 10–11 March 2026, the ELECTRA consortium gathered in Athens for its 24-month meetings, marking an important milestone in the project’s implementation.
The two-day event brought together project partners to review progress, discuss challenges, and align on the next phase of activities.
Day 1 – Management Committee Meeting
The first day took place at the Lavrion Technological and Cultural Park (H₂ Living Lab). During the Management Committee meeting, Work Package leaders presented updates on objectives, ongoing tasks, achieved results, and upcoming deliverables. Particular attention was given to identifying risks and defining mitigation strategies, as well as outlining the work plan for the next four months and preparing decision points for the General Assembly.
Day 2 – General Assembly
The second day was held at the Royal Olympic Hotel in Athens and focused on the project’s strategic direction. Discussions covered risk management processes, upcoming milestones, and the role of the External Advisory Board (EAB), including plans for future advisory meetings and stakeholder engagement.
Strengthening Collaboration Beyond Meetings
In addition to the formal sessions, the meeting provided valuable opportunities to strengthen collaboration among partners. Following the first day’s activities, participants visited the Temple of Poseidon in nearby Sounio at sunset — a memorable moment that fostered informal exchange and team cohesion. The day concluded with a networking dinner, where partners continued discussions in a relaxed setting, reinforcing the strong synergy within the consortium.
These meetings confirmed the project’s solid progress and the shared commitment of all partners to achieving ELECTRA’s objectives. The consortium now moves forward with a clear roadmap for the coming months.
